Beekman 1802 Scope of Work Agreement
Welcome to the Kindness Krew Ambassador Program! This is a collaboration between you and Beekman 1802 and we can't wait to see you shouting loud! As a Beekman 1802 ambassador, you'll play a crucial role in championing our products/services and helping us reach new heights. Here's what we expect from you:
Scope of Work
Once you have completed a few easy challenges, you will begin earning 8% commissions on all sales made through your discount code or link, and you will be rewarded with a quarterly $75 credit towards Beekman 1802 products (exclusions will apply), along with a custom discount code and link.
Beekman 1802 expects you to post at least twice per month; once on your Instagram story (including your affiliate link), and once on your Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube page directing people to your affiliate link and/or providing people with your affiliate code. After the first post goes live, you are free to take part in as many challenges as you please. Each challenge rewards you with points which enable you to level up through each tier of the program. Each time you level up, you will unlock bigger and better rewards and exclusive community perks, so don’t forget to continually share the Beekman 1802 love!
Content Expectations
When posting on social media, you must: Tag all relevant Beekman 1802 channels (@beekman1802) Include both brand hashtags: #KindnessKrew, #Beekman1802 Include imagery that is respectful and appropriate for all audiences. Include information that is aligned with Beekman 1802’s product facts.
When posting on social media, you must not: Reference products/services from any other brands. Include mentions, images or references to any offensive, harmful, or illegal content. Include degenerative comments towards competitors, employees, social personalities, religious characters, etc.. Post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party. Post content that reveals any confidential information provided to you by Beekman 1802.
As a member of the Kindness Krew, you are agreeing that any content you submit to the program may be used and re-purposed by Beekman 1802 for promotional, marketing and advertising purposes, both online and offline, without any compensation beyond the benefits provided as part of Beekman 1802.
Wherever possible, Beekman 1802 will credit you as the creator of the content by using your social media handle, name or username. However, due to technical limitations or space constraints, explicit attribution may not always be possible.
As a member of the Kindness Krew, you consent to receive emails and/or text messages from Beekman 1802 regarding the Kindness Krew Ambassador Program.
Payment
You will have the opportunity to earn commission on purchases made through your affiliate link AND/OR discount code. You will be able to keep track of commission owed to you within your portal's homepage, but please keep in mind that this figure may change from time to time, in order to account for canceled/part-refunded orders. All orders must be organically driven in order to earn commission. Any orders driven through paid advertisements or from discount code websites (ex:. your discount code gets leaked) will not be considered a valid sale and therefore commission will not be earned on that order. If a personal discount code is found being used on any discount code sites, Beekman 1802 will provide you with a new code, asking that you stop promoting the previous code immediately. Commission will be paid via PayPal 45 days after the order was placed to account for returns and processing. Payment will be sent to the email address you used to sign up to this program.
Termination
You or Beekman 1802 are able to delete your Kindness Krew account at any time. Your partnership may be terminated by Beekman 1802 if: You fail to post at least once on your Instagram feed and Instagram story (including your shoppable link), and/or once on your TikTok page every month. Your account is inactive for a period of [2 months] or longer. You fail to meet the program expectations, which may include but is not limited to: Posting or submitting content that is of low quality. Posting or submitting content that doesn’t adhere to our Beekman 1802 guidelines. Posting or submitting content that doesn’t meet the terms outlined in the Scope of Work.
